Mid-to-High Grade Watch OEM & ODM
Good Time turns design concepts, reference images, and brand ideas into production-ready watches. Operating with an ISO 9001 quality system foundation, we combine engineering rigor, movement customisation, disciplined small-batch manufacturing, and stable delivery.
Two Distinct Ways
To Build Your Timepiece
We adapt to your brand maturity and timeline. Whether leveraging mature case engineering for fast market testing or developing an entirely proprietary mechanical architecture.
Existing Structure Customisation
Build upon our tested, high-precision existing case platforms while customising dial layout, colourways, galvanic plating, hands, and strap configurations.
- Zero New Tooling Cost: Uses verified, waterproof-tested core case molds.
- Flexible Color Testing: 300 pcs total order split across 3 colors (100 pcs/color).
- Rapid Go-to-Market: Shortened pre-production lead time with low financial exposure.
- Sample Path: 3-piece physical sample verification before committing to bulk.
Full OEM / ODM Development
From client sketches, industrial 3D concepts, or reference timepieces to mass production. We handle mechanical feasibility, structural drawings, tooling, PPS, and assembly.
- Engineering Advice: Movement matching, sapphire tolerances, case finishing, and water resistance up to specification.
- Effect Renderings: Complimentary rendering iterations (typically ~3 rounds) prior to formal quote freeze.
- Tooling Policy: Tooling fee applies at 300 pcs; case mold fee waived or refunded at 500+ pcs.
- Physical PPS Mandate: Physical pre-production sample shipped for sign-off prior to bulk production.
Built for Engineering Rigor,
Not Commodity Pricing
We avoid generic race-to-the-bottom OEM assembly. Our focus is design execution, movement modification, complex displays, disciplined small-batch quality, and transparent accountability.
Movement & Complications
Engineering support for Japanese (Miyota, Seiko NH) and Swiss mechanical and quartz calibers, including custom date discs, movement spacer optimization, and open-heart / skeleton displays.
Multi-Layer Finishing
Contrast finishing across high-polish bevels, circular brushing, sandblasting, and DLC/PVD coating. Tolerances matched across 316L stainless steel, titanium, and bronze.
Engineering Freeze Protocol
Strict configuration control. Once engineering drawings and PPS are confirmed in writing, specifications are frozen to prevent unauthorized component swaps or mid-production drift.
AQL 2.5 Quality Inspection
Standard mass production sampling adhering to AQL 2.5. Dedicated pressure-chamber waterproofing, timing machine calibration, and 100% cosmetic inspection.
2% Spare Parts Allowance
Every production run includes approximately 2% spare components (cases, dials, hands, gaskets, straps - excluding movements) built into the unit cost to support client after-sales.
Parallel Production
Once structural engineering is frozen, long-lead low-risk components (raw cases, sapphire crystals) proceed in parallel while dial colours and print details are validated.
From Concept to Container
A clear, milestone-driven development and production workflow that removes ambiguity at every stage.
Inquiry & Evaluation
Confirm design references, specs, budget, target quantity, and launch timeline to verify technical feasibility.
Renderings & Quotation
Config recommendation followed by 2D/3D effect renderings (~3 rounds). Formal quotation issued with 30-day price validity.
50% Deposit & Engineering
Official order and production timeline commence upon 50% deposit receipt. 2D technical drawings prepared for Engineering Freeze.
Physical PPS Verification
Physical pre-production sample shipped for hands-on sign-off. Confirmed PPS becomes the binding standard for mass production.
Mass Production & QC
Assembly under ISO 9001 protocols, IQC/IPQC/FQC checks, waterproof testing, timing regulation, and AQL 2.5 batch sampling.
Inspection, Balance & Delivery
Client or third-party inspection, followed by 50% balance payment and dispatch with 2% spare components included.
